Nathan has been integral to the phone support for clients including O365 and Office 2013 as well as Adobe software support, as well as writing custom software and CMS website development for the past few years and continues to be one of our lead DRUPAL, JOOMLA and Wordpress installers and web content editors. He runs the famous nathansoftware.com website where his custom applications have been downloaded in 26 countries. He thrives in the server world, supporting Microsoft Office migrations as well as Google Doc support. He has written a number of Android and Windows software and regularly codes in JAVA and Visual Basic. As always, Nathan is there to assist with your support enquiries. Mark Rais has been providing professional IT support to both SMEs and government organisations. Mark has been a featured trainer and speaker at events including the NZ Yellow business conference. He also provided IT consulting for the Inland Revenue KiwiSaver web portal, Ministry of Health Cancer Registry and Microsoft Office automation for the Office of the Clerk, Parliament. His infrastructure development work has been recognised by the UNDP and other international organisations. When Mark Rais is not busy with systems engineering and support, he spends his time as a writer for the Open Source community, having published several books including Linux for the Rest of Us 2nd Ed. His articles include both technology (Mark Rais).

Nep studied graphic arts and media at NMIT and has designed numerous artworks and online images for both business and showcases. Nep uses his creative talent to create a number of graphical digital masterpieces that have been showcased at local art exhibitions. He has experience with graphic design and layout in Drupal & Joomla. Nep lives and breathes Adobe Creative Suite, and his talent goes beyond the realm of basic graphical design and enjoys participating in local bands as a percussionist.

Jethro is one of a very elite group of engineers in New Zealand with multiple Linux Server certifications including Certified REDHAT® engineer, with over one decade of experience around LAMP software engineering and server support. Jethro has led the Wellington LUG, created his own Linux distribution, and published numerous server engineering articles. His experience includes installation and software development for numerous large scale installations. He has released his own Linux distribution version, contributed code to the Open Source community, and routinely massaged servers to perform tasks few other engineers could conceive let alone achieve. He is the server guru we look to for solving scale and performance challenges on enterprise web servers.

Henry serves as adviser and chairman of the board and offers counsel on large scale projects. He has spent the past 30 years leading major engineering projects on three continents. Henry is the key ingredient that ensures we remain, absolutely and without compromise, dedicated to excellence in the field of IT.

Cynthia served as a lecturer at Georgetown University on the subject of Network & Database structures, having published numerous technical and scientific papers on the use of Wireless networking, and provided software engineering for a number of BSD (UNIX) device drivers. Cynthia has a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on adhoc network environments. Her primary focus today is with database management software (RDBMS and DBMS systems) and currently provides Database consultation to local businesses. She was a leading engineer on the first experiments in wireless network routing protocols.
